Quesería Las Tabaibas
Arico
Goat’s cheese from the dry south of the island. The Canarian goats graze between tabaiba shrubs and pines, and the cheese is made every morning from fresh milk – fresh, semi-cured or rubbed with paprika.
Example finca: made-up content so you can try out how it looks. Real fincas will add themselves later.
